I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I even had a beautiful sea view from my window, which was a lovely bonus. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. this hotel provided great value for money and paid attention to all the small details, ensuring a memorable stay.

the location was perfect, tucked away in a small alley but still close to all the shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my time there even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms with sea views were absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking sights of the ocean. this hotel provided great value for the money and had all the basic amenities I needed.

The hotel is perfectly situated with beautiful sea views and an excellent location near to the beach and a variety of nice restaurants. the modern and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay with helpful staff and organized transfers. Breakfast is tasty and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.

There is one area that requires improvement. Some guests experienced issues with key cards, requiring repeated trips to reception.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, always willing to help us with anything including directions to great local restaurants close to the hotel and transportation arrangements. The rooms were clean and comfy with modern hotel facilities. The location was very close to the beach which was a big plus for us.

During my stay at Smile Hotel, I had a room with a breathtaking beach view on the 9th floor. The newness of the hotel made it even more enjoyable as I felt like one of the first guests to experience it. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and always ready to help.

I stayed at Smile Hotel for 5 nights during my recent visit to Nha Trang. The location was great, close to all shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, helpful, and friendly. The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of buffet options that changed daily. The hotel arranged a private airport transfer at a cheaper rate than elsewhere.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
